Here are some common questions on how it all works.
  • Do I have to be on camera?

    No. However, we do believe the best way to build rapport is by getting in front of your client and we'll do everything to help you look and feel your best! If you choose not to be on camera, you can choose not to have an intro/extro OR to add a custom character animation, recorded to your voice only. 

  • Where is the studio?

    We come to you! We can shoot in your home, office or send you a remote-gear package and direct you over video-conferencing. If you'd prefer to come to a studio, we can arrange that for an additional fee. 

  • How will the videos be personalized?

    You will be on camera at the beginning and end of every video. Choose from colours and fonts that reflect your brand. Your logo will be included at the end. If you want further customizations, we can provide you a transparent quote upfront. 

  • How does automation work?

    We try our best to work with what you've got - your CRM or email marketing software. If you don't have one, we can build an integration with your email service provider and Zapier. A Zapier subscription is an additional cost to you. ($20/m)
